With more than 1200 squared meters of dedicated area and a team of 6 experienced operators led by a department manager, MCA has a long experience in metal shearing. Our machine park includes 15 presses Bruderer, Balconi, OTI and Yamada, with capacities from 20 to 250 tons, which allows us to work a wide range of materials and thicknesses.

The raw material used is always accompanied by a quality certificate issued by the supplier. During the production cycle, we carry out rigorous statistical controls with corresponding records, following scrupulously the production procedures that regulate the control modes and times, as well as the machine placement parameters.

Customized finishes to meet every need
To complete our shearing service, we offer a wide range of custom finishes. Our department is equipped with a washing and drying line, 2 tumblers and 2 industrial washing machines to obtain details free of burrs and cutting oils, we work with external suppliers to offer all types of galvanic treatments, including zinc plating, nickel plating, chroming, anodizing, tinning, silvering, gilding and painting.
