M.C.A recently took part in an orientation initiative promoted in collaboration with Gi Group and Istituto Argentia Majorana, involving more than 90 students from the Melzo and Cernusco sul Naviglio offices. The goal? To accompany the students in their discovery of the world of work, offering practical experiences, moments of comparison and concrete tools to build their professional future.
A training course between theory and practice
During the days of March 4 and 5, 2025, M.C.A’s contact persons explained to the students the workings of the production departments, the value of teamwork and the opportunities for growth within the company. The students also tried their hand at a technical exercise: assembling a solenoid valve from a mechanical drawing. It was an activity that stimulated not only technical skills but also the spirit of cooperation.
An in-company experience to get to know oneself
The course was further enriched on March 12, when eleven selected students participated in a direct experience in M.C.A. The day began with a group assessment, useful for assessing communication and collaborative dynamics, and then continued with individual interviews conducted by certified assessors. A valuable opportunity to learn about one’s soft skills and identify personal aptitudes with a view to a professional future.
This project represents an effective model of synergy between school, company and employment agency. MCA thus confirms itself as an active and responsible partner, capable of investing in young people and their potential.
