Electromechanical assemblies integrate mechanical, electrical and electronic components into a single finished product or subassembly. The quality of the final result depends not only on the precision of each individual component, but also on the ability to manage and control every stage of the production process.
MCA provides a complete service dedicated to electromechanical assemblies, managing projects from design and prototyping through production, assembly, testing and delivery of the finished product.

How electromechanical assemblies are produced
Producing an assembly requires clearly defined procedures and continuous control throughout the different stages of the process. At MCA, assembly and inspection procedures are developed by the technical department to provide operators with all the information required during production.
This approach makes it possible to manage both simple assemblies and more complex multi-component projects, developing solutions according to each customer’s specific requirements.
MCA’s services include the assembly of mechanical, electrical and electronic components, mechanical assembly, end-of-line electropneumatic and functional testing, and laser welding of sleeve tubes for solenoid valve assemblies.
Different operations can therefore be integrated into a coordinated production process, leading to the manufacture of a complete product or subassembly.
Testing and quality control
In electromechanical assemblies, testing is a key stage in verifying the quality and reliability of the finished product.
MCA performs end-of-line electropneumatic and functional testing on subassemblies and finished products. Where required, 100% final testing of production can also be carried out to verify the conformity of every assembled product.
Quality control is therefore integrated into the production process, allowing the final result to be verified before delivery to the customer.
A dedicated production and assembly department
MCA has a dedicated assembly department covering approximately 1,200 m², where a team of 35 highly qualified professionals works alongside technical managers.
The experience developed over the years enables MCA to manufacture both its own finished products and products under customer license, managing operations with different levels of complexity.
Since 2001, MCA has also specialized in the production of nano and micro valves and in laser welding processes. A dedicated department focuses specifically on the assembly and testing of 10 mm, 15 mm and special solenoid valves.
From design to complete product
Entrusting the production of electromechanical assemblies to a specialized partner makes it possible to coordinate design, prototyping, assembly and testing within a structured process.
For MCA, this means supporting customers in the development of customized solutions and managing the product through to final delivery, while maintaining control over the different production and testing activities.
