M.C.A. specialises in shearing of small and medium-sized metallic components (all metal types, including noble or precious metals). The metals include silver, beryllium copper and stainless steel. Thicknesses range from a tenth of a millimetre to a few millimetres. Thanks to the introduction of new technologies, M.C.A. can now shear three-dimensional items with bends, minted items, and items with tapping etc., also with two-place tolerances. The work is generally automatic progressive die batch production. However, repeated limited series production is possible for certain product types. Our internal tooling department enables production of all required samples, and pre-series production, for studying new products.
