At MCA, we are specialized in the production of small and medium-sized metal parts in any type of metal, such as silver, beryllium copper and stainless steels, including special alloys and precious metals. Thanks to the latest technologies, we can cut complex parts with folds, pins, tapping and more, even with centimeter tolerances.
We offer a wide range of shearing options, such as:
- Automatic standard shearing – We produce parts with progressive moulds guaranteeing maximum efficiency and precision.
- Small batch shearing – For some types of products, we also offer multi-shot small batch shearing.
- Samples and pre-series – Thanks to our internal tooling department, we can create samples and pre-series for the study of new productions.
