In the metalworking sector in Milan, ensuring the quality of the final product means constantly investing in advanced control tools. At MCA, we continue to strengthen our inspection and testing capabilities thanks to dedicated technological solutions, such as the EVU2 line for solenoid valve testing and the introduction of a new laboratory optical viewer.
EVU2 line: complete testing for the Train sector
We have a specific testing machine for solenoid valves intended for the Train sector, a field in which some of the strictest safety standards apply. Our EVU2 line is designed to carry out tests on 100% of the produced parts, checking:
- Pneumatic sealing toward the outside and in the internal closures, both at high and low pressure
- Electrical performance, including triggering capability at minimum voltage, activation and closing speed, and PULL IN and DROP OUT voltage tests
All collected data is stored in a dedicated database, enabling in-depth statistical analysis to ensure traceability and continuous improvement. 25-11 EVU2 text.
New optical viewer for 3D analysis and advanced reporting
At the same time, MCA’s laboratory has recently been equipped with a new state-of-the-art optical microscope featuring automatic focus adjustment to further improve visual inspections.
This instrument makes it possible to:
- Analyze and measure products with greater precision
- Reconstruct 3D models to identify any critical issues
- Ensure quality objectively
- Generate detailed analytical reports to share with customers
Toward increasingly advanced quality control
The integration of the EVU2 line and the new optical viewer confirms MCA’s commitment to strengthening its inspection and testing tools, offering increasingly reliable solutions to its industrial partners. Precision, objectivity, and traceability are now the foundations on which we build every stage of our production process in metalworking in Milan.
