Our company is distinguished by a highly specialized production process, which includes three main departments: stamping, mechanical assembly and die tooling. Shearing: precision in metalworking

A real strength of M.C.A. is the stamping department, a 1,200 sq. m. production area equipped with 15 state-of-the-art presses, including Yamada, Oti, Bruderer and Balconi, with capacities ranging from 20 to 250 tons. The department is managed by a team of six highly skilled operators, coordinated by a department manager, to ensure high quality standards and optimal productivity.

M.C.A.’s stamping shop is able to meet complex demands, producing high-precision components for various industries. Attention to quality and machining performance enables us to provide reliable and durable products, meeting the needs of customers operating in the most demanding industries.

Mechanical assemblies: high-precision assemblies

The mechanical assembly department is another key element of our production facility. Here we deal with:

• Mechanical assemblies and assembly
• Plastic co-molding
• Testing of subassemblies and finished products.

This division is crucial to the production of components for the electromechanical, automotive and household appliance sectors. Each stage of assembly is carried out with the utmost precision to ensure finished products that meet strict quality and safety standards.

Mold tooling: production efficiency and flexibility

The mold tooling department was established to support stamping and mechanical assembly, but today it represents an autonomous division capable of designing, building and modifying molds with great efficiency. This in-house capability allows us to:
