The new Yamada NXT 80 XL press enters production

In the metalworking sector in Milan, technological innovation is the driving force that makes it possible to tackle increasingly complex machining processes with precision and reliability. MCA continues to invest in advanced solutions to guarantee its customers consistent performance and high quality. The latest important step in this direction is the arrival of the new Yamada NXT 80 XL press, a high-performance machine designed to take MCA’s stamping department to the next level.

Enhanced performance for precision production

The Yamada NXT 80 XL represents a true technological leap forward. Designed to combine robustness and stability with maximum operational versatility, it is equipped with:

  • A double-link motion mechanism, which reduces vibrations during cutting and forming
  • An FCD-50 cast iron structure with slide guidance on 2 pistons and 4 columns, ideal for handling eccentric loads while maintaining tight tolerances
  • Adjustable stroke, to adapt to different types of dies and production requirements
  • A Heat & Cool system, which automatically regulates oil temperature to ensure consistent performance over time

Real-time monitoring with Brankamp X5

At the same time, the new press will be equipped with the Brankamp X5 system, an advanced monitoring technology that makes it possible to control every stage of the machining process in real time. This tool provides greater operational safety, proactive anomaly management, and even more accurate and consistent quality control.

Investing today to build the future

This investment strengthens MCA’s vision: consolidating the present and building the future of the stamping department through innovation, process control, and sustainability. The introduction of the new Yamada NXT 80 XL will make it possible to:

  • Expand the range of manageable machining operations
  • Further improve the quality of finished products
  • Reduce waste and increase overall efficiency
  • Respond even more precisely to the needs of complex sectors such as automotive, medical, and electromechanical industries
